What reaches us, why, and who it goes to.
Last revised October 27, 2026. Tree Removal Hot Springs is a referral line for tree work in and around Garland County, not a tree company. This page lists each kind of personal information the site and its phone number collect, and where each one ends up.
Collected
- Form and email requests: what you type (name, phone, email address, town, the kind of tree job, free-text notes), plus a timestamp and the page you were on.
- Calls to (501) 881-2099: the caller ID number, call time and duration, from the carrier that runs the line. Calls and voicemail messages can be recorded, and the line says so first.
- Browsing: the web host's standard server logs, for example which page loaded and what kind of device asked for it. There are no ad trackers or advertising cookies here.
- Bot screening: a spam filter on the forms may look at details your browser reports, to spot automated submissions.

- Getting your request to a tree contractor whose territory includes the property
- Writing back when you write in
- A log of referrals made
- Blocking junk submissions
Shared with
- One tree contractor near the property. Contractors pay this site for referrals, and when call forwarding is switched on, a call may ring straight through to one.
- The vendors behind the phone line, email, forms and hosting, for running those services and nothing else.
- Police, courts or regulators, if a law compels it or someone's safety is at risk.
Nothing collected here is sold, rented or traded to marketers.
Recording
The phone menu announces possible recording before anything is recorded.
Keeping it
Records stay while the referral log and ordinary bookkeeping need them, then they're deleted.
Your say
Write to info@treeremovalhotsprings.com for a copy of your details, a correction or an erasure. A contractor that already has your request holds a separate copy under its own policy.
Kids
The service is for grown-ups arranging work on a house or land; information from children isn't knowingly collected.
